Data collection, processing and usage occur to carry out sales and administrative activities that are required in order to efficiently handle customer orders.

At their own request, users are entitled to view their personal data stored free of charge. Furthermore, unsers are entitled to have these personal data corrected, blocked and deleted according to legal regulations.

Customer data (addresses, contact persons, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, invoicing addresses, shipping addresses),
data of interested companies (contact persons, telephone numbers, email addresses),
supplier data (contact persons, bank details, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses)
data of sales partners (address, contact person, bank details, telephone number, fax number, email addresses).

7. Recipients allowed to receive the data
Public authorities entitled according to legal provision, external contractors, as well as external parties and internal departments in order to fulfil the puposes stated under item 5.

8. Deadlines for data deletion
After expiration of the legal deadlines, the data will be deleted. In case the data cannot be deleted, they will be blocked for any further access.

9. Data transmission to third countries
The transmission of data to third countries occurs solely in order to carry out a customer’s order.
