Basic material for all alloys are raw metals like copper, nickel, cobalt, chrome, beryllium, zircon etc. These metals will be prepared according to their weight and then filled into the melting pot of the vacuum furnace. The process of re-charging will be performed through a lock chamber during the melting operation. After the completed melting process the vacuum casting of the alloy will be done in one or more molds.

Thanks to this hermetically sealed procedure very high levels of cleanliness and quality of the alloy will be achieved. All kinds of negative environmental impacts are excluded.

Our partner companies are in charge of forging, rolling, pressing and drawing. Additionally they transform the ingots into semi-products. Subsequently these ingots will be heat-treated.

Therefore we achieve the customer specific capacities of the raw materials such as hardness, thermal and electrical conductivity.
